Naomi is thrilled to announce that she will be running another weekend yoga retreat 18th – 20th Jan 2013 at the beautiful Tresillian House near Newquay in Cornwall, and if the others are anything to go by it will be a weekend of good food, great yoga and long walks that will set you up perfectly for the year ahead.

Tresillian is a Regency period country house, originally built around 1801, was rebuilt in 1848, and many of the original features remain. The gritstone and granite house stands in its private gardens of approximately 22 acres, with lawns, orchards, ornamental lake with a fountain, and a productive walled vegetable garden. The house has a gramophone, grand dining space, open fires, buttery crumpets, and all the rooms have en suite bathrooms.

There will be dynamic sessions and restorative sessions, all of which will be suitable for experienced practitioners and total beginners (it’s fine to come if you’re pregnant, too), and Naomi will look to work with you all taking your practice to the next level.

As usual Naomi’s boyfriend/scullery maid, David, will be in the kitchen dawn to dusk making a host of Ottolenghi inspired dishes from blueberry muffins and Shakshuka for breakfast to vegetarian banquets at night.

The retreat will cost £350 per person or £595 for couples or friends who book together to share. Places are limited so to book your place please email:

The retreat will include all meals, accommodation, 3 meditation/pranayama sessions and 5 yoga classes – an ideal way to start 2013!
