Take your yoga to the next level through five weeks of fun and detailed exploration of dynamic asana practice. Deepen your understanding of the alignment of standing poses as well as the practical and philosophical reasons why we practice them. Learn the ins and outs of tricky transitions, matching movement to breath, and the road to inversions and arm balances. For those with some experience, those who would like to move from Level One to Dynamic Classes or for those who have completed a Beginners Course.
