A luxury two hours to go into the slow sequencing of Yin Yoga. Yin is a slow, deep practice primarily aimed at the connective tissues of the body. It is also heavily informed by the Meridian system from Chinese Medicine. The focus for this session will specifically be on the Heart Meridian. We will trace its pathway using Yin postures and unfold an understanding of it's significance in Chinese medicine and what that means for our health and wellness. This is suitable for any level of practitioner with a curious mind.
