Finding Balance through Yoga with Clive Fogelman

In this workshop we will explore the art of balance through yoga, meditation and breath. We will connect with balance in many dimensions – the balance between movement and stillness, moving between challenge and effortlessness, intensity and softness. Embodying the 4 elements of Earth, Water, Fire and Air through our yoga practise we will also create balance between different qualities in the body such as groundedness, empathy, strength and fluidity. We will leave the workshop feeling more centered, integrated and clearer on how we can cultivate balance in all aspects of our lives.
