To build anything sustainably we first need to create a steady foundation. When life becomes busy or challenging, however, our sense of stability can be the first thing we lose. At times like this we can use our practice to root into the grounding energies of the earth; tapping into its support and nourishment, to rise again from a firmer foundation. This workshop will explore how we can use grounding practices to enhance our lives, both on and off the mat. We will combine a steady, calm, flowing practice, with pranayama (breathwork), mindful meditation, and close with a luxurious deep relaxation. Open to all levels.
