At this workshop, you will explore secular self-inquiry, interoceptive awareness, and movement-based contemplation as a means of deepening vinyasa flow practice. Take away practical and accessible tools for compassionate self-care for body and mind, including no-fuss restorative postures and connective tissue work. Learn how to re-think the words and tools you use to take students or yourself beyond anatomical alignment and into a richer world of embodied experience.
