Mothers movement: a Yoga and Dance Workshop with Naomi Annand

Let’s start a revolution in movement! Come together with new mums, old mums and soon-to-be mums, and reclaim your body through yoga, meditation and dance. Absolutely NO experience necessary. Its time to tap into your physical layers, dive into the deep emotional well of motherhood and use it to make art. 

We will be using yoga asana as the warm up, dance as the enquiry, meditation as a way of organising and recalibrating our emotions before stepping back into our lives.

Note: I imagine some will read this and thing YES, I really want to do this but I’m terrified. Please know that you cannot fail. This workshop isn’t about being a brilliant dancer, it’s about you having the chance to process emotions physically and play in a safe and supportive environment.
