Three Thursdays: 24th Jan, 31st Jan and 7th Feb 7.45-9pm
Week one: We will use this session as an opportunity to see where we are with our practice. We will discuss what meditation is and how to develop a practice that’s sustainable. We will practice a few gentle stretches that will be useful before sitting. And then get practicing simple breathing practices.
Week two: Review of the weeks practices and introduction to body scan. We will go over the breathing practices sitting and you’ll be guided in a led meditation
Week three: We will practice mindful techniques to embody. And conclude the session with take-always that will be easy to implement into life.
