Feeling restless? Want some new yoga skills? Restorative yoga is the practice of supported postures to calm the nervous system and encourage rest and renewal of body and mind. This course will teach you, no matter how anxious or fidgety you are, to practise these postures well in class and at home, without investing in a million props. At the end of the course you will be given access to online resources to continue your journey.
