Warriors for Women with Anna Mynott

Join Anna for a 90 minute warrior practice, followed by tea, cake and chat. We'll warm up gently, gradually, and then work through all the warrior poses, finding strength in our foundations and power in our bodies. We'll wind down to relaxation, and then come together in community afterwards, sharing tea and homemade cake. All proceeds from this workshop will go directly to OURMALA, an incredible local charity serving refugees and asylum seekers, helping those who have experienced unimaginable atrocities rebuild their lives with the practices of yoga.
