New to Yoga?

 

We understand that yoga can be an intimidating prospect for those that are new to the practice particularly if you’re not that flexible or feel like you’re out of shape. But the most wonderful thing about yoga is that you can’t be bad at it. It genuinely is a practice for all irrespective of your health or sportiness and it can do wonders for joint issues, arthritis, repetitive strain injuries, back pain, digestion, anxiety and depression.

We like nothing more than introducing new people to the practice and we offer two ways for first timers to find their way on to the mat in a safe, supportive, non-judgmental environment. We host Level One classes five times a week. These accessible classes utilise a simple sequence of linked postures and are created with beginners in mind.
