Like everyone else we’ve been madly scrambling to adjust to the new reality and we’re still finding our way. For now, we’re running a shortened restructured timetable but it will keep evolving over the coming days and weeks so please keep checking in to see where we’re at.  

For now, book into class as normal just as you would have done via our MindBody page. All unlimited passes are paused at the moment but you can use any remaining classes on your Ten and Five class cards, although as the online classes are £8 you’ll probably be better buying a single class. (For those whose incomes have been wiped out by the virus we’re doing a concession rate of £5 please email the studio and we’ll sort it out – no questions asked). 

Please make sure you’ve created yourself a Zoom account well ahead of the class. You’ll get an email twenty minutes before the class starts inviting you to join the meeting. Please make sure you’re in at least five minutes before the class starts. And please make sure that the email in your MindBody account is your up-to-date one (you may have set it up ten years ago with your long-forgotten yahoo account), as this is the one we’ll end the meeting invite to. 

We find that Zoom works best and is easiest to use on a laptop (and of course the screen is bigger), but tablets are also good. Set it up in so that you the teacher will be able to see your mat and you’re good to go.
